The IPA and Campaign joined forces to set up the Women of Tomorrow Awards. It was a biennial competition to identify the female industry leaders of the future. Entrants were sought from the mid-senior level of company structures and should have been consistently exceptional.
The judges were looking for amazing women who regularly go beyond their role, make a significant contribution to their organisation, demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities and support, nurture and inspire others.
